We have very few terms and conditions. Those we do have, we ask you kindly to respect.
Photography
Do not undertake any commercial or commercially-advantageous social media photography of any kind without our prior consent and agreement.
Dogs
Dogs, whilst very welcome at Riverbank, should never be left unattended in the cottage. Dogs should always be on a leash if outside of Riverbank on the property. All dog mess on the property should be collected and bagged (these are provided free of charge), and those bags should be put in the external grey waste bin by you, and not left for our cleaners.
Smoking
No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, pipes…) is permitted in Riverbank. You may smoke on the terrace.
Payments and cancellations
A deposit of 50% of the booking fee is payable when you book, and it is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is payable two months before your arrival date, and it is also non-refundable once paid. Booking dates usually cannot be changed once a booking has been made.
